How soon will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation. Made-to-order pieces follow the agreed lead time. A tracking number is provided once dispatched.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated by destination and weight. Orders that meet the threshold ship free, and the exact amount is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they remain in resalable condition. Made-to-order pieces are not eligible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Alipay and WeChat Pay, subject to confirmation by your consultant.
